Classic diner style breakfast. Prices are very reasonable, omelette and hash we had were both great. Service was fast, coffee brought very quickly. They also brought the bread/english muffins out first which I appreciated. Definitely recommend.
Nice little diner. The food was good and the chef did a good job at making sure to cook my food separate as I am gluten free.
I went here with my mother and her partner, and I don't even normally eat breakfast. I had fairly low expectations when I entered the cafe, and I ordered a meat lovers omelette, bacon, sausage, and extra home fries. For context I'm 6'2 and 250 pounds, so a pretty big guy, so I usually order twice, but at Classic Cafe not only did I only order once I got a meal that I couldn't even finish! The bacon was cooked to perfection, and was somehow crispy and juicy. The sausage was the best I've ever had in my life, and the home fries were to die for. But the meat lovers omelette was more than the best omelette I've ever had, it was the best food I've ever tasted period. I literally felt a tear well up in my eye. And our waiter was fantastic, she was very kind and even remembered my mom's partner (who recommended we go in the first place) If you ever get the chance you have to go to the Classic Cafe, I have never had better food and probably never will.
Great neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot. Small friendly/cozy place almost unchanged for more than 20 years. Reasonable prices and good food leaning towards a Mediterranean style. Big list of omelets. Don't miss the cranberry walnut pancakes. Special note: if you are a big eater, don't miss the 2222 feast! BTW, this gem serves CRISP bacon. Don't miss the Belgian waffle topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
Great local place to get a good breakfast. Old timey diner vibes with good local people. Portion sizes were very generous and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back!
Classic old-school diner. The breakfast burrito was wonderful and the service very friendly.
Noon on a Saturday we were able to get parking and got in and seated right away. This place is the perfect size. We had two omelettes and I had the 2222. Everything was really good, and those pancakes were amazing. Star of the place and I'd come back a dozen times just for those. All in all 5/5 glad we stopped by and we'll be back again!
Just had a very pleasant brunch experience with 2 kids at Classic Cafe. Will certainly come back!
